Driving change for all women in sport

There’s been a huge growth in women’s sport in the past decade with positive shifts in media coverage and investment, more women in positions of leadership and influence and increased participation of women and girls in many sports.

But there’s still much more we can do.

Our ambition is to help create a more diverse, inclusive sports industry and to assist in the continued growth of women’s sport.

We help to drive this change through community, content creation, advocacy and education.

  • We run the Women’s Sport Collective, a free, inclusive community for around 10,000 women working in sport.

  • We create compelling women’s sport content including award-winning podcasts, books, documentaries and newsletters.

  • We connect and educate about women’s sport across the sports, education, corporate and media sectors.
