Driving change in women’s sport.

We are activists driving change in women’s sport.

There’s been a huge rise in women’s sport in the past decade with positive shifts in media coverage and investment, more women in positions of leadership and influence, and increased participation for women and girls.

But there’s still much more we can do.

At Fearless Women we help to drive this change across women’s sport though community, content creation, collaboration and communications. This includes:

Women’s Sport Collective - our inclusive community for all women working in sport with over 8,000 women from 91 countries

The Game Changers - our award-winning podcast which shares the stories of trailblazing women in sport and explores key issues around equality

Game On - The Unstoppable Rise of Women’s Sport a powerful manifesto for women’s sport authored by our CEO, Sue Anstiss MBE

Game On is a powerful documentary that explores the recent growth in women’s sport and its impact across society

Speaking - Sue is a popular keynote speaker and event host for audiences in the corporate and education arena

The Women’s Sport Collective is an inclusive, collaborative network for women working in the sports sector with an ambition to see a gender equal sports industry.

We want to ensure that every woman in sport has the chance to flourish and fulfil her potential.

Thank you to Sport England who support The Collective through a National Lottery award, who enable us to provide membership of the Women’s Sport Collective free of charge to all women working in sport.

In The Game Changers podcast Sue Anstiss talks to trailblazers in women sport. These are the individuals who are knocking down barriers and challenging the status quo for women and girls everywhere.

Along with openly sharing their historic careers, what drives them and how they’ve dealt with tough challenges, each episodes explores key issues for equality in sport and beyond.

We’re incredibly grateful to Sport England who support The Game Changers through a National Lottery award.
