SJA Sports Journalism Awards

🙌 Hurrah! It’s a big, big day for The Game Changers podcast as we’ve been shortlisted in the SJA Sports Journalism Awards!

It feels all the more significant as we’re alongside podcasts made by some major studios including the BBC, TalkSPORT, the Guardian and Goalhanger.

The Game Changers is a Fearless Women production created by a small (but perfectly formed) team of me, Kate Hannon and the brilliant Sam Walker as our Editor and Exec Producer.

Massive thanks to Sport England who have committed to support The Game Changers for the next three years and to all the extraordinary trailblazers in women’s sport who have joined us as our fabulous guests over the past 16 series.

We’re keeping our fingers crossed for the awards night on Monday March 25, but are just seriously delighted to have made this prestigious shortlist.

What a way to end the week.
