We're excited to share the impact the Women's Sport Collective is having for women working in sport, with the highlights of our 2024 member survey, released today.

85% - have made valuable connections in the sports industry
31% - say membership has helped them to find a new role in sport
62% - feel more confident to network at industry events
44% - tell us membership helps them progress in their careers
56% - have learnt new skills that will enhance their career
84% - now have increased knowledge of the sports industry
51% - have a clearer idea about their career path

It was also great to learn that 63% believe gender equality across the entire sports industry has improved in the past 12 months.
